The most asked question with the answer no one wants. Let's start by clarifying:
An ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) is the number Amazon assigns to a product in their catalog. Every item on Amazon automatically gets an ASIN.
There is no software solution that will automatically, in bulk, place all your eBay listings as new product pages with new ASIN's on Amazon.
Amazon does not work that way. Amazon wants a single ASIN to represent all offers of that same product; a universal catalog that makes it easy for a buyer to see all offers of the item. If eBay is the local classified ads paper, then Amazon is the JC Penny catalog. It is a violation of their terms of service (3rd one down) to try and create a new ASIN for a product that already exists in the catalog. It can and likely will end in your selling privileges being revoked. That places the burden on both KickSync as a software, and you as a registered seller to first check if the product already exists; and to be sure that if the product already exists on Amazon, you need to sync to it rather than create a new ASIN.
Moreover, even if you could create a new ASIN for a product that already exists, you should not want to. Every existing ASIN on Amazon has a sales rank. That sales rank is a factor of how much the product has sold. This combined with how many reviews the existing ASIN has, dictates how high in search Amazon will place the product.
Essentially, a hot sales rank with good reviews places the product at the top of Amazon search. If you create a duplicate ASIN your's would have zero sales rank or reviews and would poorly compete against the one that does. Your product may likely appear on the 5th page of search. Instead of springboarding on the existing ASIN's strength to earn a lot of sales, you would face an uphill battle of getting your item seen.
The volume of sales you can earn on Amazon by selling on a good ASIN will dwarf your sales of the same product on eBay. Why would you want to earn fewer sales and be in violation of Amazon terms of service?
I know you're likely worried about this meaning you will have to compete with other sellers on price. This is not the case. Some 80% of buyers do not look at all the offers. They buy from the Buy Box on the product page. Meaning you don't have to be the lowest or best, you just have to win the Buy Box. That will be a factor of your account health and seller performance (as well as price etc.). Amazon is very equitable about giving everyone a shot at the buy box, and you will make many sales on a well-trafficked product page, even if there are hundreds of sellers. You have to remember, Amazon has more product traffic than anyone. Nearly 60% of all US online buyers start their product search on Amazon.
On eBay as sellers, we have all learned a system that feels like we as sellers "own" the listing. Simply put, on Amazon, they "own" the listing (ASIN), we own the offers under it. It feels different but to benefit from a marketplace that's 10 times the size of eBay you have to play by their rules. All software providers and Amazon sellers have to put in the work to see if the ASIN exists first. If an ASIN exists sync to it, you'll sell more and after all, that's what we're here to do.

So, all that being said. There will be times you need to create an ASIN that does not exist on Amazon. If you manufacture the product or if you've done the diligence to check and the product truly does not already exist in the Amazon catalog, then a new product and ASIN is the way to go.
You will want to relate differently to a newly created product page/ASIN than you do to an eBay listing. An eBay listing can be more or less disposable. An Amazon product page/ASIN is a carefully curated catalog page. You'll want to work on the page more, focus on reviews, and build sales rank and SEO for it. That extra work, if done correctly, will pay dividends for years to come as you reap sales on a well-ranked product.
